DEPUTY SENESCHAL: Assists the Seneschal.
CHATELAINE: Welcomes newcomers and provides information about the Shire.
EXCHEQUER: Treasurer for the Shire.
CHRONICLER: Takes the minutes of meetings and creates the Shire newsletter.
HERALD: Makes announcements and does SCA name and device research.
ARTS & SCIENCES: Helps Shire members research and learn about life in the Middle Ages.
DEPUTY ARTS & SCIENCES: Assists the Arts & Sciences officer.
KNIGHT MARSHAL: Teaches combat and makes sure safety procedures are followed.
ARCHERY MARSHAL: Teaches archery and makes sure safety procedures are followed.
MISTRESS OF LISTS: Keeps track of winners competing in fighting events. Also known as the "MOL."
CHIRURGEON: In charge of first-aid for the Shire.
GOLD KEY: Provides loaner garb for Shire events.
SOCIETY FOR CREATIVE ANACHRONISM PRESIDENT: Oversees the entire SCA, Inc., organization.
WEBMINISTER: Updates the Shire's Web site
